I have no idea, but I am wondering if it is telling you that it is waiting for a Bluetooth connection?

Is the radio still "live" with the key off?
Big and ugly but we love our 1999/2000 Crest II DL with a Yamaha F115

Scroll through your menu or settings. There's often a confirmation tone that can be turned on or off so when buttons are pressed you get a beep....first thing I turn off on any new stereo. Maybe if yours has that function something is stuck or shit the bed so it's setting that off.

You might be able to find the model number somewhere on the face plate or be able to see it from the back and find a manual online for it. Example, look at the bottom left of page 6 here..."BEEP TONE"
