Does anyone have experience with a pontoon deck that has a "hard top" cabin on the Chesapeake Bay? I know Sun Tracker made one (Party Cruiser), but they don't seem to any more and I haven't seen any in the Baltimore MD area (though there is an increasing number of pontoon boats without cabins). I'm just wondering if there's a good reason why Sun Tracker doesn't offer them any more, and why I haven't seen them outside of lakes: do they blow over too easily? If they are safe on good days in the Chesapeake, I'd love to get one but want to make sure it's not the wrong boat for this area.

I have no experience with the Sun Trackers, but it sounds like you are looking for a small houseboat?
