fasteners for seats

My deck is aluminum. I have new seats to install. It had self-tapping screws. What fasteners are best

stainless nuts and bolts. ( sometimees can be difficult due to aluminum floor design.)

are you replacing or adding? If replacing what’s there now. Ive always used stainless on boats. That’s just me but its obvious why. Through bolts are usually a stronger hold if doable.
