I am going to use the Vantage Pontoon Guard and wrap combo for my pontoon logs. Premier puts a silver "Wax" coating on the logs that is missing in spots making the tubes look bad. What color combination do you think would look good on my boat?

Interesting products.

Have you determined approximately what the cost will be? It might be something I'd consider adding to my boat.

I like the brushed black/black molding. How close is that color to your stripe?

The only downside of the black is if it is too far off from the color of your stripe. That may drive me nuts.

The cost to have a dealer install it is around $2,000. I think I am going to go with the brushed black and the black molding. It is close to the color of my stripe. Thank you for everyone's input!

Please post pics when you have it done. I looked at their website and they do have a dealer near me, which of course has me tempted. I think $2k is pretty reasonable. It might be this winter's major upgrade project! :thumbsup

And what exactly is this vinyl wrap supposed to accomplish? Is it just for looks? What happens if it starts to peel off?

If done right and using a quality vinyl the wrap will be on there for many years to come. It's an alternative to painting, a lot less prep, and if you don't like the wrap you can remove it.
