Suzuki DF 90 Trim & Tilt

Motor is trimmed to the up or towing position to check fluid level. I can't get motor to go down but can hear pump motor run. According to the manual I can open the manual release valve screw two turns and lower motor manual. It doesn't say I have to move the tilt lock lever, do I have to lift up on the motor to make the lever release?

Not sure, does the manual switches work on the engine?

Got motor up and down by opening hydraulic release screw. T&T motor runs in down position , up relay probably faulty, check it tomorrow, thanks.
