electrolysis question

i suspect an electrolysis issue due to my bottom paint falling off in large pieces, is there a test i can do out of water on trailer? i know there are tests in water ,would like to try to test befor summer season in water, used in salt water brackish,32 ft party cruiser,docked with shore power,only boat on dock .
