Lake of the Ozarks Drew Lifts

Hey, anybody familiar with this business? I spoke with Craig a couple of times 2-3 mo. ago, but recent tries come up no answer. Recently get recording Voice Mail Full cannot take anymore messages.
Anyone know if they are ok, still in business?

I would maybe agree but their website is still up and running.

They will not answer the phone when called. I have been trying to get parts for my lift for two months and nobody seems to care. Terrible customer service, seems that they only care to sell new lifts.

Yeah I see, but they can't sell new floats without answering phone. I had talked to Craig a few mo. ago about new lift, now nothing.
