Bilge pump drain
I have a 22' V322GT Suncatcher from G3. My center pontoon bilge pump line is clogged downline somewhere. I can not find the drain port to back blow air through it to clear the line. I been underneath it and cannot find a drain hole. Any suggestions? Manufacture not very helpful.

I am not very knowledgeable about your pontoon however can you get to the bilge pump itself? (i can't imagine they would make it totally non-accessible). I was thinking if you could get to it and remove the hose take a vacuum and suck it out.

Re: Bilge pump drain
I'm a little confused but my wife says that is normal for me. Like Onlybillhere said, why not take the hose loose from the bilge pump and blow from there? In other words, blow it from inside the boat to the outside.
Also, get some bilge cleaner solution and pour a bit in the hose and let it sit before you blow. When you blow, look for water (assuming it is on a trailer and on dry ground) and you will find where it exits the boat.
I imagine they ran from the bilge over the top of the toon under the boat. I assume the bilge/storage area is sectioned off from the rest of the toon so that hose should exit pretty close to the bilge area.

Re: Bilge pump drain
It's between the deck and underskinning so you'll never find it looking. The side guard rail comes off pretty easy and you can probably see it from the side to see if it has a hose on it and if so where it goes, or if the bulkhead fitting just dumps right outside the compartment on top of the underskinning.
To remove the guard rail, just remove the four screws on the front and rear covers/brackets and remove those. Then remove the screws along the top of the guard rail. Sorry but I can't remember if there are screws behind the bump strip (there are on the curved pieces on the front and rear) but if so the strip comes out and goes back in easily. If yours still has the small black hooks screwed under the rail for the shipping cover you'll have to remove those also. Mine dumps to the right side btw.
If I was sure it didn't have a hose, I'd just tell you to pull the pump hose off the bulkhead fitting and pump. Then ream out the hose, fitting, and check the pump outlet. It would also be easy to check with the hose removed. I've seen someone's pump stop up from a snake skin wrapping around it.
