Is it legal to operate a toon without a forward gate in Kentucky?

Mine has been off since I bought it in 2017 and never been an issue. I am in Florida and mostly salt water where there are tons of police, coasties, and wildlife patrol. Even been pulled over for a "safety" stop and nothing said about it. Took my rear door off as well.

That's a really good question! I cannot recall a law saying that a fence/gate is required. Yes, some jurisdictions will nail you for passengers riding outside of the fence/rail - but what if the boat has none?

I seriously doubt you would ever get pulled over for it unless you are standing in front of it taking a piss. Then, maybe. :biggrin2
