Thats pretty scary. Years back I was on a pontoon at night with about 15 people on it. We were all pretty buzzed and no one noticed that every one started working their way to the front of the boat. We went under so far that the back of the boat had to come 6 feet out of the water. We darn near went over. I still remember the sound of the motor when we went up. Now I always watch how I have the weight distributed. That shit will never happen to me again..

I've submarined a couple of times. real good learning experience. My thought is if you haven't submarined your pontoon, you haven't boated hard enough.

who's the genius captain? i can understand submarining due to conditions,
but staying under power with people on the front deck is just plain stupid.
then the idiot powers up before he could possibly be sure that no one
fell underneath the boat. jackass.

Right on floter. The boat is severely overloaded no matter what the sticker says.

Definitely a Darwin award candidate for stupidity by the operator of that pontoon.

Not to mention the fact of how Great an idea it is to have everyone stand outside the fencing on the front of a toon while underway...

I was waiting for someone to fall off the front so we could hear the neat-o sound of skull vs prop.... duh.. :devillol

Holly crap !!! That would scare the $h!t out of me.

Although, I almost think you would have to try to do this to the boat. I think the captian did it on purpose in that video, just because his reaction wasn't spontaneous enough.
