It would appear from the photos that these are two wedges placed at the stern in order to create lift (trim tabs). I can’t see how this idea won’t create more drag and a nightmare on engine placement (blowout, cavitation). Getting smooth water to the prop is always an issue with pontoons. If you dry store your boat at a marina, the fork lift would crush those things in a heartbeat. Let me see a video of the boat underway and making turns.

What would prevent you from using inflatable pontoons in between a tri-toon? Kind of like really long pontoons you find on the little row pontoon boats? Seems like that would help with planing and then you could simply deflate them to trailer or when not in use? Just thinking out loud here... :drink4
