Vibram Five Fingers experience?

Anyone have a pair of these shoes? Looks like a nice boat shoe...

My son has a pair and he says he likes them. I tried them on and it depends on your toes I guess. :biggrin2 I thought kind of hard to get on. :donno

My boat shoe... is a barefoot.

While launching, I wear a nice set of flipflops... ones that have a bottle opener built into the sole, just incase I loose the one that is bolted to the toon. :drink4

I know it's just a matter of time though before I slip wearing my flipflops, so those may be a good try. I wear normal water socks for canoe/float trips.

cool, my wife thinks they look stupid but I really dont like aqua-socks and flip-flops are useless for walking around in water... Maybe I will try them out!

I wear strap on type flip flops.
Works for me!
I dont think id like the individual toe thing...but whatever works for ya! :nana

I think they would be like gloves for your feet, gloves dont feel weird and people tend to like them more than mittens? :donno

well the look interesting for sure. i usualy keep a dedicated "toon only" pair of flops on board. i got sick off vacuming sand out of the carpet every time i beached
