NADA also has a section for used outboard motors.
By adding the 2 prices together is how I came up with the $9860 figure that I posted earlier.

With today's economy those NADA figures are a wish list for cars and boats. Realistic prices if you want to sell are much lower so if you want to buy, price it a lot lower than NADA. When I\you look at EBay and look at expired listings you can more or less see what asking prices are versus what they actually sold. A lot of listings expire without bids or never meet the minimum that the owners are asking.
