i keep 3 or 4 fire extinguishers onboard. i have small ones stashed in seats and cabinets in addition
to the bigger mounted one. most people onboard know where they all are.

you will end up buying life vests that are more comfortable for each person. it's kind of an individual thing.
make sure you have the throwable(s) that the laws require. if you go on federal water, the federal laws
can be stronger than state laws (kids have to wear their life vests to an older age, for example).

you might want to run a screwdriver down some trim to leave a scratch so you stop worrying about the new boat. :lol3 :biggrin2
