Sanpan windshield

#1 Post by csmith9223 » Fri Apr 09, 2010 7:30 am

We just bought a new 2010 Sanpan pontoon and it has no windshield and we'd like to know where we can buy one to fit. Our older Sanpan had a windshield and we really liked the way it reflected the wind on the driver. We contacted our dealer and he contacted the factory to no avail.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure if this would work. Probably be hard to find an aftermarket item that will be like a custom fit

CSsmith don't forget to put your location and toon info in your signature.

And we love them pics..... :nana

Since you just got a new toon, Will the full playpen cover ( I'm assuming it came with one ) fit a windshield under it? I would check this first. If it doesn't fit under your cover, then I would personally not get a windshield or get one that can be taken on/off quickly/easilly.

Oh, and welcome aboard. :nana

Thank you sooooo much for the info on the windshield. The Great Lakes Skipper site was wonderful.....I'll post pictures of our new boat soon as we take some good ones.....and we're from Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia.

Thanks again.

some of the new toons are come with a brow instead of the wind shield. don't have to worry about breaking or polishing it
