touchless top

#1 Post by tooned-out » Tue Apr 13, 2010 10:30 am

Has anyone used one of the touchless boat covers, seems like a quick and easy solution to covering the whole boat in the slip almost like a garage . I bet these aint cheap.

We have a distributer for these here on Smith Mtn Lake.
The local paper did a write-up on him recently. He has sold about 300 here.
They run between $3,000 and $7,000 depending on size and installation options.

LakeRunner , I think that is a different cover, seems like I remember that one being attached to the front of the boat. This one is attached to the top of your dock and lowers around your whole boat.

smalltooner , Wow 3 to 7 grand is mucho dinero . I think I need the lift much more than that, was hoping for both but , holy chit together will be 12 to 14 grand!!!!!!!!

I sure wish i lived on a lake.
I'd think just hard walling the slip wouldnt cost much more and be way sweeter....
