Ok were floating on lake in hot summer. Surface temp in 90. We want a easy way to pump cool water up to keep us cool while rafting. Any ideas?

need one of those pumps they use to keep ice clear and pumps water up from the bottom.

I know what you mean you dive off the toon and get down in the cool water and you start coming up into warm bath water, you want to turn around and go back down, Florida lakes are on the average only 15 feet deep so it get hot quick

So are you wanting to pump water from 8 or 10 feet down in the lake and use that water to mist the people on the boat?

Mike he wants to pull the cool water up to swim or float in, the units they use to keep ice clear of boats docked uses a prop to send the warmer water up to keep ice clear on the surface but they are 110 volt.

need to mod a trolling motor to pump the cool water up from the bottom

Just make a little current from deep cold to hot surface. I wonder how a hight output bilge pump would work
