It's cold up north

#1 Post by HandymanHerb » Sun Nov 04, 2007 3:28 pm

No tooning for me .I'm in eastern Ky and it's cold, good thing I brought the cooler to keep my coke's from freezing in the back of the truck.

Just left the grave yard hill burying my Great Aunt Goldie that taught me John 3:16, I'm sure you all know it.

One of these times it will be me who makes the last trip up the hill to stay and it reminds me we have to be thankful for each day we have and be right with God and ready to go

I have waited a little too long to start moving my docks out of the potential ice paths for the spring. I was sliding down my 24' walkways at low tide at 8 AM today. Guess the morale to the story is do not wait so long. The walkway was solid ice from the dew freezing last night.

I still have my toon in the water until one more section gets out this week. Ill be waiting for warmer weather.

Stay warm.
