Those new ROUND tubular rails are...well...TUBULAR!

Saw the new Party Barge, (Regency) and right away loved those round railings with the lilting curves! Really classes things up in the looks department!
So which company or entrepreneur is going to sell a railing replacement system featuring this new look? Or how can I do it on my own?
I was thinking about getting decorative round stainless steel tubing, polished, of course. And then finding someone very clever to connect the whole thing to my boat. But it would be so much easier if someone just made the kit.
