Down again, it's a plot to stop us discussing obama, I don't know about you but I'm worried, none of the other elections bothered me the way this does.

With all the dumb asses out there who all you have to say they not a Bush supporter, not that they every done a thing for America, I had faith a little in the all the seniors we have in the state but most of them drank the cool-aid of I going to tax only the rich, even though most of them live off investments that obama going after too.

Yea, I agree, I'm very worried about this election, too. Kerry was no where near the danger to America that Obama will be. God help our country.

Yeah I can't get in either and yes, we are in trouble if Obama wins. He will get the same respect from me that Bush got from the liberals, i.e. none.

There's lots of talk around DelMarVa of secession. Maryland always goes to the liberal Democrat because of our 3 counties that have predominately liberal/minority populations but the rest of the state is overwhelmingly conservative, either Libertarian or Republican.

Ditto on PDB not working, and ditto on we are screwed if Obama wins. Most of the damage he will do can be undone eventually, but his nominating some Justices really worries me. More pro-abortion, anti-gun owner crap.

Wow, I was just sitting here thinking, I'm quite impressed that a bunch of pontoon boating forum members are perceived to be able to sway an election enough to have to suppress them. I really can't imagine Brady and Tyler being even close to what I would call liberal. It will be interesting to see if the forum is suddenly "fixed" on Wednesday morning. As if we won't have something to say about the election then. :) or :x

That guys pretty good! Maybe there is some hope for the country. Last I heard the polls, depending on which ones you look at, show Obama loosing ground...maybe another Kerry type defeat...lets hope so.

Well as Mike says , that they should be members here too, can't say I haven't told them a few times, but then PDB hasn't been shut down for a week or more for a while, so I guess they didn't think they needed back up, or don't jones for a toon fix

I emailed Brady asking if politics were the reason it was down so long on a weekday.
His answer

Just a nasty rumor. We were having some problems with our system, but things look normal this morning. But I will be glad with the forum gets back to talking boats and we can put the political fighting behind us.

I've been out of the office lately on some work trips, how's "Tator" been doing with the moderating?

Sorry Heatman, but I just got a new keyboard and it took me 3 times to get your name right and the caps lock button just went in the trash, to close to the A.

But I'm glad you made it back in, good thing that got everything worked out at PDB  I can't believe it's down again.

I sure politics have been discussed more places than here, it's just the libs aren't so loud in a bar or face to face.

Not looking good for our side, I'm trying not to listen to the junk but I did listen to the radio and they piss me off, I ready to go down and slap the dumb-J, he said the gay marriage amendment was passing, wasn't a gay nothing, the amendment was to define marriage as one woman and one man as God said it should be.

Besides that I got my gun on in case some a-holes think it means open war on the whites, I say bring it on, but then I always been a peace nik
