I just purchased a Bentley 240 Cruise pontoon boat last week. I emailed Encore(Bentley) about a question i had about my cover. I got a very nice response within 24 hours via email. I emailed back and asked another questions and within an hour I got a phone call from an Bentley(Encore) employee answering my second question and also spending considerable time talking with them. They wanted to know how we liked the boat etc... That is pretty good customer service. This was not my dealer but the actual Encore (maker of Bentley) company.
