I picked up a chargrilled last year with the side smoke box off Craigslist for $60 almost like new. I bought a can of rust oleum and spray it once in the last year. It will help a lot if you get a pan at academy for smoking. Also check out http://www.smokingmeatforums.com for some great recipes.
