Sold my toon

#1 Post by realter » Wed Aug 01, 2012 7:48 pm

So, was it the happiest or second happiest day of my life? I'm not sure. I do know we hadn't used it for several years. Wishing all of you the best, and USE YOUR BOATS. Realter.

Just curious, what would you pay for a 06 Aqua patio, tri toon, 4 stroke Yamaha 115 HP, and galvanized 2 axle trailer, less than (gulp) 25 hours. Boat had lots of extras, changing room 3 capt seats, in toon storage, lifting strakes, under skin, etc.. LIKE NEW always stored inside. Always inside, lol. Always.

Going back to the original topic - we are selling ours because it is too big for our new intended uses. Since it is now just me, the Admiral and our 7 year old daughter, we are considering a smaller, faster toon that would be easier to tow to new areas. when we still had our other 3 now adult kids at home, and their friends, a 31 footer was just right. But with just the 3 of us, its more than we want to deal with.
