Muskrat transducer protector guard

#1 Post by robster » Mon Aug 19, 2013 12:26 pm

Howdy- I just found this product to protect my transducer cable cable from pesky varmit muskrats http://www.docksideinnovations.com/Home_Page.html
it's a powder coated stainless spring that the manufacture says will not conduct and cause electrolysis. I put one on to keep the muskrats from chewing my transducer cable, before I had a stainless cable wrap, but the stainless wrap was causing pitting on my toon.

Cheers,
Robert

I don't have critter issues, but that looks a cool protection idea. How does it install ? Spiraling it around the cable until it is all the way on ?
