Bimini Top

#1 Post by Seon » Sun May 10, 2015 4:58 am

Order and received the economy model Bimini from PontoonStuff the other day. I have the Toon berthed at Oxbow Marina in the Sacramento Delta where the wife and I installed it. We mounted the new one in the front of the existing Bimini and we are now ready to take a cruise with the kids, grandkids and great-granddaughter today in the shaded Toon. Although the canvas is thinner than the existing top that was on the boat when we bought it, the assembly was straightforward and snapping-in the cross bow to the uprights were easy. It didn't take long to assemble and mount. It was so easy that a "Caveman" could do it  .
I'd rate the Bimini top 5 out of 5 and would highly recommend buying from our sponsor PontoonStuff. :thumbsup

I'll post more pics and post after today's cruise.

Happy Mother's Day to all the ladies :P .

That looks great!

I used to live in Sacramento so I know how hot it gets where you are. You will love the double bimini. We have one on our new pontoon and are so grateful to have it here in middle Georgia. It makes boating in the afternoons much more comfortable.

Nice job!

I've got a new bimini fabric coming this week. Hope it fits and looks as good as yours.

Fingers crossed.

Had a full boat on Mother's day and my son shadowing us in his boat.
Bimini was a great success! Now I need to fabricate side shade curtains to keep the rays off the twin great grand daughters.

Loyd,

just got confirmation from Jim at PS they have the black in the HD biminis. 8x8 or 8x10 sizes.

this is the frame I used super heavy duty with struts instead of straps to hold it down.
