Tubing is not always about a wild ride and getting air – we have that part covered with a fast tube - so we bought a Super Mable looking for a multi-person smooth ride.

We use a “Y” harness setup connected to the lugs on the back of both pontoons, plus 66’ of tow rope. Need to add a float ball for the line.

One of my daughters and her family came to visit. It was 96 degrees outside, the water was 86 so we put them on Super Mable and took them on a 10 mile ride. During the week, we made several long runs like this – some on choppy water and some with smoother conditions.

You can Velcro a cooler onboard…… I have to say that we all love it!

Didn’t even spill their beer running at 22-23 MPH in a straight line when the lake is smooth. For fuel conservation, we generally ran 15-18 mph with some fast sprints for fun. With normal radius turns, crossing the wake didn’t get exciting at 10-15 MPH. But, throw another 50’ of line on there and a turn hard over 20 MPH…… jumping the wake will get serious air. Turn the tube around “backwards” and you can ride/steer this tube like a chariot.

These videos have my 5 year old grandson onboard, so I was driving more gently even though he was yelling “faster!”

We still have a long boating season left, so I will get some some shots running fast and hard.

Love the song in the back ground! We probably play it 25 times every time we go to the lake :nana

I see a lot of boats pulling the flat tubes that people just lay on, but I've always preferred a sitting position. We use this tube and it gives everyone a good, exciting ride in a seated position. The thing I like about it is that it has three seating areas so it works well for 1, 2, or 3 riders while still being balanced. A lot of the two seater models have butt wells so you're forced to sit on one side or the other, which screws up the balance so a single person can't really ride in it.
