Trailer tires

Now that THE FLOATER is close to home I've been able to do more work on it. I noticed how bad the tires were cracked on the trailer. More than likely they are the originals. I saw that PontoonStuff has started carrying tires and other trailer parts so I ordered 4 new replacements. The hub caps rotted out on the hubs when I was bringing her home so the grease ended up slung all over the 36 year old wheels. Don't worry I kept stopping to top then off with grease to make sure the hubs weren't hot. The new wheels and tires showed up today they look great (even came with new lug nuts!)! Hopefully I can get them mounted before hitting the lake next Saturday. Here are some pics of new wheels and crappy old ones. I'll have better before and after pics when I actually mount them. They were much cheaper ( with the discount) than anything I could source locally.

These tires are great! I noticed a huge difference compared to the old bias tires. I forgot to get pic of truck, toon and trailer but they look great!

LOL! Since THE FLOATER was a slip queen until I got her I'm pretty sure those old tires were circa 1994!!!!!!!!
