#1 Post by CaptainBob » Sat Apr 30, 2011 7:02 pm

Does anyone know how much a 2000 fisher 200 dlx weigh or where I could find out? Also I have a mercury 90hp 2 Stroke and it is propped at 13 3/4 x 15 . With me alone I can get it to 24mph running 5200 rpm. Start adding people and it's down hill. Any help??

probably in the 2000 lb range give or take. If you are using a prop calculators, from different sites, they may give slightly different pitch suggestion for the ideal prop. Guessing you need 13p or slightly less. Think there is also a prop calculator on mercs site.
here is a little more info from merc.

I was turning 5300 with a 17 an dropped to the 15. That put me at 5800, which the 200 rpm per 1' of pitch says.
