I found the battery dead (I left the Perko Switch on) the other day. When I hooked up the charger, I heard a strange noise. Turns out it was the pump in the ski locker running. I could not get it to quit so found the fuse inline and killed power to it. It was on its side in the locker. Looks like it had come loose from the bottom of the tube where it was glued on.
In my investigations, I found all the aluminum supports and struts that hold the synthetic boards in place had come loose. This is still a warranty issue but I'm trying to save a trip and time so I want to ask here. All the stuff looked like Bennington had used some sort of adhesive to affix the struts and supports to the bulkhead and walls of the tube. Just wondering if any ideas on adhesive to use to fix aluminum to aluminum.
