Hi, my name is Tim, I picked up a 1992 suntracker in Las Vegas on jan 8th of this year, we had it shipped home to western Colorado, and begun the rebuild the week after, the full rebuild is on the Pontoon Stuff forum, below are the pictures of the rebuild.
When I got it, the pontoons were perfect, the carpet and furniture were shot, and the johnson 115 2 stroke was running good, with 125 psi in each cylinder, we got it for a good price, so this left alot for the rebuild, the trailer is like new and new tires.
We started with the tear down, then replaced the wood and carpet from Pontoonstuff, it had white and blue aluminum on the rails, and I did not want blue this time, since every boat we have owned was blue. So I changed the carpeting to grey, remove the blue bimini, and put twin power biminis in black, then replaced the fencing panels with the thick black paneling from Pontoonfencing.com, that was alot of work, but it looks great. we did a new console from PS. and a 55 inch bench with a lean back on front and a corner on the rear, 110 inches total, this sits in front of the console, just opposite from this bench is a 65 inch Bar, with 2 stools, and a sink with soap and a sprayer, the power biminis are 10 feat each and cover 20 ft of the boat, next to the console on the port side is 2 flip flop benches with a table between them, with a corian top table, the bar tops match the table and were custom made, in the bar we have a bluetooth radio, and speakers, and 6 gang switch for the livewell, LED lights, livewell and such, there is 5 batteries total on the boat, 3 under the long bench, for the 36 volt trolling motor, one under the bar, and one on the back for the motor, there is a Noco Genius 4 bank charger, it charges the 3 for the trolling motor, and the one under the bar. the trolling motor is a Minnkota ulterra 112 lb thrust, with the Ipilot, which is GPS guided, I hope its big enough as this is the largest one I could find. it is mounted up front with a Quick disconnect.
Up in front of the bench seat and the bar are 2 captains chairs, there is also matching ones in the back, and pole holders at all seats, there is LED lights under all seating, the bar, the table and under the console, LED docking lights, and LED Nav lights, there are 2 16 ft LED strips under the deck, above both pontoons. the live well is under the rear flip flop seat.
there are 2 fish finders, one up front, a Garmin echo 301, that uses the transducer built into the trolling motor, and Garmin striker 4 with navigation, both color.
Graphics were put on from Pontoon stuff, and custom boat lettering . below are the picture from the start to the end, took about three months to complete it, thanks for looking,Tim

You really do good work. I'm impressed. The power dual bimini's and the huge I-Pilot w/GPS are the icing on the cake.

I agree, the biminis and the trolling motor, with the batteries, and charger, were 4000, for just them, but make the boat,Tim

Yes craig, I think so too, but my wife has a different oppinion. she a little upset that I am buying another project, and this one has not even floated yet, I found a local 30 ft party hut, that is completey trashed, the ponttons are good and has a good 150hp 4 stroke on it, the hut part is in bad shape, I am going to do a rehab on it, and not put the hut back on, I am going to do twin 8ft bars, and 3 power biminis on it, I can get the boat and trailer and motor for 2900, that is if my marriage makes it??? I finally got to float the boat this weekend, everything turned out good, the balance from left to right was perfect, and the fron sis about 2 inches higher than the rear, so I am happy, then went for a full throttle run, it maxed out at 25 mph, at 5000 rpms, I am going to try a few different props next weekend and try to get it to 5500 rpms. then we put the minnkota down, and was really surprised to get 5mph on the top speed of 10, very happy with that, when trolling at 1.5 mph, the setting is on 3, so the 3 batteries shuld last at least 12 hours, we put the tops up and was very impressed with the power arms, they work so good, and everybody at the dock was impressed too, below are few pics with the tops up and cruising, thanks for reading all this, it was a fun rebuild,Tim
