My wife and I just bought a new home on Smith Lake in Crane Hill AL so we needed to get some lake toys. We just ordered a new 2018 Regency 220 LE3 Sport with a 250HP. The dealer said 6 to 8 weeks. We are looking forward to spending lots of time on the water. Also to add to the toys we bought two 2015 Yamaha VXR waverunners with 30hr on each. Time to have fun!

Congrats !!!!! Welcome to the forum, too. Is your dock FIXED in place, or is the entire thing a floating house.??? .... reason I ask, it looks like the "ramp" from the stairs to the deckhouse could be hinged on both ends....... just curious.

I'm sure you'll get a ton of fun with the set of toys on hand. We also bought a ski....... a SeaDoo GTXiS 215 the DAY we settled on our place at SML.

I saw a feature on HGTV on LakeFront Bargin Hunt last year on you lake.... looks really great!

Enjoy, and don't forget to post LOTS of pics along the way.

Thanks, yes the dock floats and the ramp is hinged. They raise and lower the lake depending the time of year. Time of that pic it was at 499’ and now its at 506’.

The HGTV home is about 12 homes down from us.
