Thanks for the compliments guys!! We are super excited about it and I actually had them change the engine to that 200 as it was rigged with a 150 when we first looked at it. I think it’ll move pretty damn good with the 200 on her.

Boocat that’s a great idea. I’ll get some door edge guard this weekend to put on there and also check the center of them to see if that’s a straighter shot instead. Thanks

I’ll be breaking in the high lighter yellow banana hammock for the speed run for sure :nana

Normally, we always ask for pictures. However, in this case no pictures please! :biggrin2 :lol3 :prayer
Funny thing....The 1 and only time I have been pulled over by the fish cops, I was wearing a neon type green lightning speedo :happy

The whole time I'm thinking...everybody on the twra force will know that :donno

That is just part of pontoon life

Kinda like when blow boaters steal all the toilet paper :eviltaunt

Well we had the new boat out for a little bit yesterday. I was able to get 2.7 hours on the break in. While I couldn’t stay in it real long, I did make an attempt at a high speed run. Here’s the details

Water: 1-2 foot chop with slight white caps
Capacity: I had 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids)
Fuel tank: 7/8 full
Rpm: 5800
Speed: 38mph (readings were on 2 different gps decides)
Wind: 20-25mph
Prop: inertia stainless (not sure of size/pitch, I’ll get info this weekend off of it)

We are going back to the lake this weekend and I will make another attempt with less people and hopefully a little less fuel. It was so much fun and even with the shitty water conditions and wind, it was SO smooth and comfortable on the water. We are so excited and happy with the boat so far. I think there is a 40+ run in its future (I may wait till break in period is done though). Thanks again guys
