I figured one of you guys here may know, as they are really not used out West that much, the people that do use em are not from here.
I am looking into getting a set, or 2, just not sure which ones to get, or which to avoid.
I am using braid, if it matters.
thanks

Re: Planar Boards?
I would look at the Church Tackle model TX22 or the Walleye board. The TX 22's are reversible so you can run them off either side or both off the same side. Some of the other manufactures only make models in left and right, I find the reversible ones much more adaptable to different fishing situations.

Striper Is what I am targeting at the lakes,
the other is giant catfish in the Colorado river.
I am pretty much running saltwater gear,
80lb Jerry Brown on line counters,

Fishing for walleye, usually only use boards when fishing large shallow flats (less than 6' deep) or fishing shallow mud lines in Sask or the southern reservoirscaptainjack wrote:X2 when I started out with braid I soon switched to mono on my big rods it simplified the process for me what are u fishing for?bobalong wrote:I would look at the Church Tackle model TX22 or the Walleye board.
