It was a bad sheet and I missed it. Me and 3 guys Replaced it in the dark to get it ready for the next day...
Yikes!

Bansil, yes one port for the steel welding gun and another for the spool/Al gun....I guess they did it that way so you could run either gun you grab, just need another gas regulator for the bottle.

Fencing mostly up yesterday. It took a long time to set it all up so that the L trim holes lined up properly on the floor.

Yes it is. The rubber is quite hard, but still intact.

The front fence w/ gate was a pain in the arse. The gate was jammed so tight it would not open. We used a 7' board and a bottle jack to spread the fence after removing some fence bolts.
I also used a brick chisel and a maul to smack the door hinges back straight which gave us almost a quarter inch cleararance. Then drilled new fence bolts holes and the front fence holes. After all bolts were in and tight, removed the jack and 'walla' ...the gate works!

As you can see the patio furniture arrived so we started mocking it up.

Really looking good! The grey furniture looks quite good with the tan flooring. Hopefully laying the flooring went smoothly.

I was going to get tan wicker, but looking around on Ohana's site they had the grey for almost $200 less,,,,GREY it is then! Sumbrella cushions are Teal....odd combo, but it works for us.

Thanks, it went well, but I did make a mistake. The two back 'wing decks' are 24x25" sections of plywood & somehow I managed do turn one sideways(I swear I measured twice...blame it on paint fumes  ). I did not discover this until I started putting the L trim back on, so I had to cut the vinyl, unscrew the ply, turn it, screw it back down and put a new piece of vinyl down. Thank goodness the stern section of fence covers the seam which is where the batteries live anyway.

A friend gave me a 6" x 2' long section of steel pipe. I filled it with concrete and the scale said it was 60lbs. After we flipped the vinyl onto the glue, we rolled the "roller back and forth to each other while standing on each side of the boat.....worked perfect, zero bubbles.

Cutting the 1/2" thick HDPE board for the rear galley deck:

Image

The front section will have a SS piano hinge on it to access the battery's and fuel tank:

Image

This is what it looks like with no decking there and I am adding a cross brace in the center for support. The deck size is about 91"x25":

The top of the engine cover was peeling in several places so I sanded that down and painted it to match the fence.

Switches...

Done:

Next was the 'spagetti octopie' of wiring. I had marked all the harness plugs. Since I was not using the old instruments/switches I had to remove two plugs from them and splice them onto the gauge cluster and switch panel. I did decide to put the original water pressure gauge back in, so it went to the right of the helm.

Once I plugged the engine harness and boat harness back in I had to wire the 6 switches and new 6 gang fuse panel. An neighbor and friend who actually likes this stuff did that task for me so I could go drill more holes in the deck. Speaking of holes I used a 4 1/4 hole saw to drill thru the bottom of the console and floor. I cut away the vinyl mat before drilling so there was no chance of the bit grabbing it and ruining $900 of flooring.
