Some more progress, this boat is pretty basic so not much to it. I did make a new full width rear platform and a full height rear bulk head for behind the L bench. I was surprised to see the original piece was very thin and didn't cover even half of the opening in front of the motor "bump-in" area.

Have yet to scrub the deck, install my replacement fence risers, and the new benches.

Quick update:
L shaped seating is in.
Foam and vinyl is arriving shortly for the back sun deck.
