Bunk carpet

#1 Post by The_Hellbilly » Fri Jul 06, 2012 11:08 am

What type would you recommend from a big chain store??? My toon is currently setting in the cove while I repack my bearings, so I thought I'd replace some worn carpet while I was at it. Any suggestions???

I don't know it you fish much, but if so you might like vinyl. Not sure about the carpet.

:donno Ron, ya lost me... I'm re-carpeting my trailer bunks.

I agree, vinyl is the only way to go on pontoon decks. It's kinda like the 3rd log... once you try it, you'll never go back

Just redone the bunks on mine. Used Menards indoor/outdoor just a step above the grass. I think it was about .39 a square ft;. Don't see a reason to put expensive carpet on them, just going to get tore up anyway. Like the ole saying goes, any landing you can walk away from is a good one..... :ten

You have an un-natural obsession with that photo. Please tell me it's not stapled above your bed.
