I know I had boots to seal holes where wires and cables run through the floor on the , I have not found any yet

I found one size only at Lowe's. But didn't fit my needs

Have you tried your local tractor supply store? They have sizes that go up to several inches. I found what I needed there, but I was going through metal, not wood.
