How to shine up sides?

I just bought a 2008 Avalon Paradise 24'. I have always had fibergalss boats, how do you shine up the sides of the fence around the boat? I tried wax but that did not do a very good job, I even tried 3m's finesse it 2, and then their 3m wax but that didn't work either?

What do you guys suggest?

I tried 4 different waxes yesterday none worked. Then I pulled out an old bottle of woody wax, http://www.woody-wax.com/, and it worked great. Spray on, leave it then come back an hour or more later and lightly wipe to even out.
