Re: New truck
I've always thought that if I ever went Ford, I'd go with the Super Duty. My dad had a 2000 with the 6.8L V10, and that thing sounded like a beast. Didn't matter if we were pulling the 35' 5th wheel, or empty, it got 11mpg. I'd like the diesel if I got one, but rumor has it, if you don't pull with them a lot (and I mean pull, as in 10,000 lbs hard pull) the exhaust gets fouled up, and you have to replace the crap. So I'd have to purchase out of warranty, and scrap the crap factory exhaust.
Don't you with those dumbo mirrors were electronic folding from the seat? I love how big they are when towing, but it sucks when parking in the garage. I bumped my dads' mirrors on the garage side several times before I remembered to fold them in first.
Nice looking truck for sure.

Re: New truck
they do fold in under power from the seat. Yes I do have to do it to get it in the garage.
