would be cool, for someone retired, and wanting extra income... but, you'd have to be on a lake close to a metropolitan area, to get enough customers to pay for it

My problem would be building a boathouse large enough to hold that pontoon boat. The boathouse would block my 6 mile sunset view of the river.
