I have been away for while and just catching up and read this post. Got a chill down the back of my neck. We almost bought a condo there, instead of at Heron Bay a few years ago. When the realtor was showing us the condo's, I said to my wife, "no way, these look like fire traps". God, I feel sorry the loss. Terrible. Thanks for sharing the news, though! I am glad we bought ours at Heron Bay.... Since sold, though...
