I have a friend with the 22 with the SPS sport tube package and a 150 Merc.
It is a great setup. They tube and ski with no problems.

I would highly recommend to get the largest engine that you can afford!

I would hate for you to later wish you had the bigger engine.

I have a 2016 Benny 22' with the ESP sport tubes and a 250 Honda.
Love the boat and the way it handles.
I found out before the order went in that the 150 I was ordering would not be enough engine for the boat.

My 24SSLX has a F150 Yamaha, and the tritoons are really better suited for the larger engine. There's a whole lot of difference between the 115 horsepower engines and the 150 horsepowers.

And that model Bennie is a real honey. If at all possible, go for the bigger engine.
