Find a welder and fix the leaking weld.

I'm also going to guess that you have another leak somewhere.

Try making sure the toon is off the trailer, pressurize the toon and then listen for a hiss and use a spray bottle of soapy water.

You might have a bigger leak than you think.

Has anybody found a schrader valve on a toon? I haven't looked but wanted to pressurize them to test them since I haven't put it in the water year. 2007 bought a few weeks ago.

My toon had a 3/4" NPT fitting on each toon that I bought, picked up a Schrader valve in the well section of Menards and fittings to attach it. Detergent water in a spray bottle produced huge bubbles at each cracked weld. Welding shop fixed them.

My old Premiers schrader valves were brass fittings screwed into fittings that were welded into the pontoons. Mine were a real bitch to find because of the riveted on underskinning. Why do they have to rivet it on? Pain in the ass to remove to add electronics wiring! They were still hard to see because they only stuck out about 1/2 an inch. And 2 were under cross braces. Now, try to get an air hose on them. Virtually impossible. They should be easier to access from the factory. would be simple to route them out the side under the reveal molding. Also, remember that not all of the pontoons are not just one single hollow pontoon, they are individually chambered. Compare it to welding several tin cans together with the lids on, that have small holes drilled for drains, on the bottom. Pressurizing through the drain plug will only pressurize that rear section, if there is water in the bottom of the forward pontoon, that drain hole may be submerged enough so it won't pressurize.
