Hi ! I just bought a 2016 South Bay..you are supposed to be given a "customer care package", this includes all the manuals, warranties for your boat. I didnt get mine with my boat but I pushing them enough that they will get it for me. Forest River are helpful and dont like bad publicity.

I did get the package you mention. Everything was in it except for the display book I mentioned. I emailed South Bay the same day as I started this thread. No response as of yet. Guess I will try again.

I finally got a response from SB. They sent me the manual on the display that explains it all. Looks like it has some mapping capability as well, but maybe that is a extra feature only on some models. We will see. At any rate I am happy now.

That is how I expected this to end. South Bay is an impressive company. I bought a South Bay, but I bought it used as a bank repossession. Technically, I was not even South Bay's customer. Yet every time I have had a question South Bay was extremely responsive and helpful. Their customer service (not a dealer's, but South Bay's) has been pretty impressive to me.

I have emailed Strake requesting the pdf users manual. I noticed that he has not been active since January 2023. If anyone else has this information please email me a copy @ grdevine@bellsouth.net.

Thanks,

Speaking of digital displays (or Gauges) I just bought a used pontoon. Everything seems to work except this gauge. IT might if I could read it, but the screen is totally sun toasted (or something)
Here is the help I need:

Can anyone tell me:
1. What is this gauge? I mean, what is it supposed to do? Speedometer or ???
2. Who makes them? Can I get a replacement?
See attached photo.

Thx

Google Lens says it's a Suzuki SMIS 2" multifunction gauge or a Lowrance gauge.
