High and Dry on Lake Norman, NC

#1 Post by Prospector » Mon Oct 15, 2007 4:59 pm

Lake Norman
Full lake level is 100 feet
Minimum lake level is 90 feet
Normal lake level for this time of year is 97.5 feet
Actual October 15, 2007 lake level is 93.3 due to draught

I still have about 6 to 7 feet of water depth under my boat lift but I can't lower the pontoon into the water because my boat lift is running out of cable!

Please don't wash you car, wash your dog, or water your lawn.

Fighting development in the South would probably help too. Rampant building is the real culprit. Too many mouths to quench.

Good luck.
