I had to fight Debbie all the way out of state last week, we didn't get out of rain and back in the sunshine till after we got through Brunswick Ga, so that was 4 hours of rain to fight through, 75 was shut down at 10 with a flood running over 75 a 1/2 mile wide and that was screwing up traffic even in Jacksonville, we were doing 10 MPH for 40 minutes till we got past the 10 exit.
Then we hit Ky 3 am about 66 degrees, Thursday was fine then Friday the heat wave hit, it was a dry heat, but still hot as hell, the tri-city area, Ky-Va-Tenn all were in record heat numbers, then last Thursday a hell of a storm came through, stay away from us, but we had flooding not an hour away and damage around us.
Going back to Fla on Friday I saw road signs ripped out of the ground, trees down with just the tops cut off to get the roads clear, Thursday would not have been a good day to be on the road.

My wife took off a day early so we would be out of Dodge before the storm hit. Going up 75 put us right at ground zero when it started moving into range.
