I tilled our garden yesterday, so nah nah na nah na!
Colorado has some of the most scenic vistas of all, esp. on top of Pikes Peak.
Visited a AF bud years ago who worked in the mountain, (norad)
John Denver had it right.

Well, we did it. I recon we have now had over three feet of snow THIS WEEK. Yup, a whole meter of snow.
It's been a lot of work, keeping the boat cleared off. But boy do we need it. Monday's snows they called a "Million Dollar Storm". They figure that's what the water will be worth to every farmer out on the plains. It means there will be enough water to plant and harvest their crops.

9,000 feet above sea-level, the growing season is very short. I did know a guy that gardened up here, but it was hit and miss. Snows stop in early June, and pick back up in early September, generally, but I HAVE been snowed on, on the 4th of July.

If/when go to Florida, I guess I'll have to sell my greenhouse here...

Save it, have the windows tinted to keep your plants from burning up

OK, 8 inches of snow already this morning at the house. Down here in Lakewood (Denver) it's sunny and clear.
That 4,000 foot elevation difference really matters!
