Thankfully, the politicians in Alabama haven't gotten infected with such ridiculous thoughts....
We don't have titles for boats, just registration fees by class (length of boat).
There's no registration or title required for boat trailers either....although some legislator introduced a
bill in the last session to require titles/registrations for both boat and motorcycle trailers (the rail type).
The bill never made it out of committee....there was a firestorm raised by boaters & bikers!
