I see that others have already mentioned power assist. To dig a bit deeper, I see that your sales slip describes 'hydraulic steering'. That is good, almost certainly SeaStar (Teleflex). It could easily have assist on it already, although not guaranteed. If it doesn't, it is a relatively straightforward addition if you decide to do it later (although not cheap). If you do get into adding it later, one of the options to consider is 'auto pilot' which adds another grand to the price of the assist. Most people don't bother, but if you do a lot of cruising in open waters, it might be pretty sweet.
I used to love my jet boat (SeaDoo Challenger 20' with Opti 240). I really miss it, but not enough to go back in that direction. I like the pontoon world too much now.
One difference that you will likely notice with the Sweetwater over the Yamaha is that your 360 flat spin might be a bit lacking
Kind of tough to get a good 'submarine' out of those new big triples as well
