Roland you say you have alwys stored your boat with a full tank of treated gas with no problems. Do you think the price of gas will be less in the spring or more? How much more or less? IMHO if you previous way works why change it without a reason.

the only reason I asked is because by filling it up in the spring, then the fuel ( even though I use a stablizer ) would be "fresh" at the beginning of the boating season, instead of 5 months or so old before I use it again.... price of the fuel never entered into the equation.... although there are only two places around here that sell ethanol free fuel, and both stations only sell it in "premium"... when I bought it last year it was about 30 cents a gallon more than other stations that sell premium with 10% ethanol.
